We recommend washing and conditioning the hair every 1-2 weeks. Additionally using heat protector before applying heat and applying a tiny amount of serum occasionally

Orders are sent via a guaranteed special delivery Royal Mail service and on rare occasions, they have delays. If this is the case, email vivlaluxuryhairs@yahoo.com immediately quoting your order reference and we will sort this out as soon as possible for you.
